The excellent customer service at Napa Auto Parts in Oakland is worth the extra drive. They also stock more parts than any other store in the East Bay. Ron was such a delight to work with! Very knowledgeable and polite. He even suggested that I could save 10% with my AAA membership on parts saving me $23 today.

They have had some staffing issues of the years, but the counter has been staffed pretty good lately. Louie my sales rep always rake care of my concerns and has a great attitude. Huge inventory in stock and if the don’t have it it can be ordered from another store.

Very good service when either ordering parts over the phone or online and I’m fairly sure in person. They inform you if the part is there or when it will come in. The gentlemen behind the counter are always very helpful and seem to go out of their way when I hear them obtaining or identifying parts for other customers. They always have parts I order online and are generally very nice and knowledgeable people to do business with.Easy 5 stars from me.
