I went in for a replacement battery for my hybrid. The guy helping me said they are 3 sizes for that model. My car was broken down at another location so I didn’t know which size I needed. My phone signal was so poor I couldn’t google it, while trying to get something to come up the employee (Carlos? Young guy) spent the time on his phone on Facebook and texting friends. I asked him if there was wifi so I could connect and find out what I need, he said just buy all 3 and went back to his phone. Finally, another customer let me use their phone to look it up. I’ve worked in customer service most if my life and this was absolutely awful service. It literally took me 10 seconds to find my answers, instead I wasted 5 minutes while the employee messed around on his phone. I’m only giving 2 stars instead of one because when I brought the old battery back the amazing lady who helped me was fantastic!
