I needed to return an order I placed online. When I called customer service, they recommended I bring it this store. When I got to the store, the clerk told me they don’t accept ship-to-home orders and I would need to call customer service. I told the clerk that customer service recommended I come here and that I have a receipt/order confirmation. I was told there was no way they can process online order returns in there system. I called customer service again and asked them where is the closest store that I can return my order to. They again, told me this store should accept returns. So I don’t know why the store was refusing to process my return even though customer service told me twice this store should accept online returns.

This Napa has to be probably the worst parts store in 50miles.. I ordered parts from prolink at my shop today with a customer waiting in my shop for me to call the store an hour later and for them to tell me that their driver was late to work (which this wasn’t the first time this has happened) and it wouldn’t be another 30mins until they got to me… then later today I come in instead of ordering and the parts that prolink said they have “in stock” weren’t in stock! Complete bs they didn’t even have the part that was lesser or greater quality…. completely unsatisfied I’ll be ordering parts from somewhere else for now on.
