Not the best experience I’ve had with a napa. Went in for some front shocks in my truck. The first set of the napa fleet shocks looked great on paper. However right out of the box one of the two was already trashed. It would collapse but wouldn’t pop back out. I went to swap them out for a different set a few hours later. This time I wanted to check them before I left. Well the very first shock that was pulled from the box was literally dripping in oil. At that point i just asked for a refund. That was about the only good experience I had on this trip. They did a complete refund without any hesitation. The staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable. However the parts they were selling were definitely not quality parts. I dont think I’ll ever go back.
