Had the most, ridiculous, experience in here this morning. Whoever that gal, & the guy (??) in that office behind the counter, were…they cost me the price of a tow truck, and, this particular store, a customer & future business. I was embarrassed for them & quite upset myself. I’ve been by that store, many, times today & there has not been 3 cars, at a time, in that lot. I took the money I was going to spend there, to, O’Reilly’s. They turned away a few hundred $’s in 1 sale & it wasn’t 10:30 a.m.
