*edit* received a phone call back and got a $20 refund. I ordered a designer floral arrangement and spent $90 when I could have went to Walmart and bought the same flowers and vase for less than half of the price. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture and I payed extra for it to have more floral added to it. They should have called and told me they didn’t have any of the flowers to make it look like the picture and offered me something else instead of charging me for something that looked so horrible and dull. I called and they said they would call me back and never did. Will not order from them again.

The Mother’s Day flower arrangement was the most beautiful and aromatic I’ve ever gotten! Exquisite, stylish and lovely. The vase is even something to brag about. I will definitely order from Nan’s should I need to send flowers locally. Thank you, Nan’s!

Nan’s Floral & Wedding Design is wonderful!!!My advance floral order (via one of the National flower chains) was canceled last minute and I didn’t find out until an hour before the funeral (likely COVID reasons, don’t know because the email wouldn’t load). So 30 minutes before the visitation, I ordered a florist’s choice bouquet from Nan’s and not only did they make it in time for the services, but it was a BEAUTIFUL arrangement. The family was so pleased, and so am I. Thank you for the excellent service, would highly recommend using them!
