I have a complaint about one nail tech. Older, wears glasses, tattoos everywhere. He rushes! I do not want my thumb nails two different sizes and shapes. One thumb is round and one is oval. He is very rude! I grabbed the nail polish so I could look at it more and he started telling his friends that I don’t need to be touching things on his desk! Understandable, but I wanted to make sure that the colors I picked out are the colors that I want.

My sister and I went on Sunday to get pedicures done, I had a manicure done and showed the picture to person who was doing the full set. I was told he couldn’t do the design because my “nail wasn’t long enough”. Also did not want the square shape but was told it looked better in their opinion. It’s Friday and every single nail has come off. I wasted my money and didn’t even get what I wanted. With our pedicures mine and my sisters polish chipped within 2 days and we both had gel!!! Very very upset about the whole situation and we will be taking our business elsewhere!
