I had a bad experience with this florist fourteen years ago and walked out and have refused to go back. Today, as a last resort, I went back for the first time to make a purchase. They are majorly price gouging because of Mother’s Day weekend. They’ve got a permanent sign posted outside stating that they sell flowers by the stem for 99 cents. I went in to purchase a dozen unwrapped white carnations and they charged me $22. When I asked about the sign outside they stated that it doesn’t apply today. You’ll have much better luck, pricing and customer service if you drive down Sierra to Nichols.

The order I purchased was the DELUXE SHEER DELIGHT BOUQUET. The image online and what was delivered look nothing alike. I was told, Well those are not our arrangements online, we just follow the recipe to make them have the same thing That I feel is a problem and I feel that I should have been made aware of this before I made my purchase. There is an art to making a beautiful bouquet. Any one can purchase 20 pieces and put them in a vase but it takes a florist to be able to make it come together… The arrangement I choose had an elegant, classy look to it. What I received fell very short. The vase looks like a tin vase you could purchase at the dollar store. I have called, I have emailed pictures and left messages for the owner TIM. I received 1 missed call from an unknown number and was told there was no number I could call back and that he would try again. I called the store back and was told that he has tried to call me multiple times. I spent well over $120 which might not be a lot to some but for that kind of money, I expect the arrangement to look better than something I could have picked up at Ralphs. I keep editing to add the pictures because they continue to be removed…smh

I have been coming here lately. Bad service today. I spent a good amount on wife’s V-Day. I asked if I can get a new balloon to purchase, lady said it was the last one. She said ill put more air im like OK! The Balloon was $14.00. I almost made it home. The balloon died on me. Went back. I saw a customer with same balloon, obviously she lied. No apologies from her. Got a new one, owner apologized and offered to give me a small one for free, I said no thank you. They totally missed the hole point. Never again going back.
