Taking my skis that had been drilled and adjusted to boots I will not be using.

Super friendly staff! Needed a ski boot that could accommodate a wide foot and full-volume calf and was happy to say I found something that was a great fit! The associate there did not try to push expensive products….what was important to him was that I found a boot that felt good to me, regardless of price point. I was there on a Sunday, between 3 PM & 4PM (store closes at 4 on Sundays) and the store was VERY busy. I did not feel rushed in the slightest. Highly recommend Mud, Sweat n’ Gears.

Update: the owner Kimberly reached out to me and listened to what had happened. She offered my original deal, I appreciate the quick response to fix the issue!I went in to be fitted for new ski boots, I decided to go with the more expensive pair ($550) because of a current promotion the employee told us about, where we would get 20% off the total. I then gave them my skis to be adjusted and fitted to the boots. I asked if I should pay then or when I came to pick them up- he said we could pay upon picking them up on a scheduled date. I made sure to confirm of the current deal and was assured it would be a applied when I picked them up. They drilled holes in my skis to have everything adjusted. When I came to pick them up, I was told I would no longer receive the 20% off, for the promotion ended the day before. The employee was extremely apologetic and seemed just as confused as I was. Especially because I signed a contract during the promotion for the boots and was assured I would be receiving it. The manager then came up to me, and spoke completely degrading and disrespectful to me. He would not let me speak for a single second. He was extremely condescending and I felt extremely uncomfortable. He essentially spoke over me and walked away, like I had no voice. I have never had such bad customer service. I DO NOT recommend a business that treats their customers with such disrespect, I left that day feeling absolutely terrible. Taking my skis that had been drilled and adjusted to boots I will not be using.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We were helped by Page who put in the time and effort to make sure we were outfitted with the best equipment to match our skill levels. From beginners to more advanced skiers he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was willingly able to answer any question thrown his way. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking get into the sport and experts alike. Oh and they have screamin deals as well. 10/10.
