Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value Starter went out on my truck came to the shop brought a new starter and swapped it out on a Mack that was not easy to get to. Very reasonable and quick. We will definitely use M & H again. Excellent service!!!

I used this emergency service from a distance. My employees were broke down on the road. Call someone else! I think the positive reviews were paid reviews or written by themselves! When asked for the fees, they never disclosed that they would charge $110 per hour! Nor that they would charge you the minute they leave their business! They gave a flat rate for 2 hours. They worked 1 hour and 45 minutes. They rounded it up to 2 hours and charged 30 minutes for drive time to my truck. They said my debit card wasn’t going through but there was plenty of money. After I paid them on PayPal because they said, This truck’s not leaving until I get paid, I had a friend charge my card on her system and it worked just fine. So they don’t even know how to work the credit card system! On top of all this, they insisted on charging me 3.5% for the credit card fee, even tho I wasn’t using the credit card. I used PayPal and asked to use PayPal in the first place but they really wanted a credit card. Worse still, EVEN AFTER ALL OF THIS, my men didn’t get 30 minutes down the road and they had the same problem we called them out to fix in the first place!!!!!! Call someone else!!!!!!!!!
