Yet again another internet outage, I may get REALLY angry but the customer service people listen and help and dispatched a crew on a saturday. 3 hours later they fixed the area wide outage. Thanks MTA

New home and customer to MTA. Cons: Took 2 days and 2 phone at least 30 minute calls to get internet. We had one MTA customer service rep talk down to both my spouse and myself. The only working port is in a bedroom, that the MTA customer service rep called an office. Pro: the second MTA customer service rep that we talked was much more helpful. Internet is finally working.
