Bought a 13 thousand dollar quad 2 months ago. Yamaha has a 6 month factory warranty. First, they didn’t fill my coolant level. Had to buy it. Second, on my second ride bolts that hold the frame together had fallen out and the bike was in need of repairs. Contacted Dave at parts, sent pictures, and he was helpful but instead of honoring the warranty, he was going to have me purchase the lost bolts and install them myself. It would have been 26 dollars for shipping and the bolts. On a 2 month old bike I’ve taken out 3 times. This is the kind of assembly and service you get from Mountain Motosports. Remember quads come on a pallet and these techs at Mountain sports assemble them. I will never buy another bike from them and recently just got another Raptor from a different dealership. Experience was way better. My coolant was filled and no loose bolts yet. Customer service Mtn Motorsports would be cool when walking in spending good money on these toys.

5 Stars all the way!!! I had the pleasure of getting assisted by FABIAN. From start to finish this experience was phenomenal thanks to him. I can’t say I left home disappointed. The best part that really topped it off with my purchase as a customer was that he made sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. Fabian was very educated in bikes and knew exactly what I was looking for based off what I felt comfortable on. Not only did I get a great deal on my bike but I also got a pretty sweet deal on my helmet. I ended up coming home with a brand new 2020 Suzuki GSX 750 last night and I’m loving everything about it! Thank you FABIAN for your assistance and awesomeness! This is definitely the place to buy a bike, ill be coming back for more gear soon!
