Customer service is the provision of service to customers, before, during, and after a purchase. Moule’s glass by far exceeded my expectations. Before my purchase I was given sound courteous customer service, during the installation the company respected the fact that I couldn’t take time off work and called me at work as soon as the inspection was complete. Lastly, after my purchase I received a sweet card in the mail thanking me for my business.It’s always hard to measure intangible things like character qualities. Yet, the way Moule’s Glass treated me as a customer not only reflected the way this company handles business but showed the way this company values relationships and the business they receive from our community.Thank you Moule’s Glass! Liz and her crew Terry and Kevin did a fantastic job installing a new insulated garage door with windows as well as window screens to the front of the house for the harsh summer heat.They were fast on time and cleaned up everything while they worked and before they left.
