I’m not really a baked goods type of gal but was looking for someplace that sells cake and was open early around the area. I got a chocolate fudge cake and 2 different cookies. The employee there was quite helpful. She seemed to be the only one working. I asked for a cookie recommendation and she said she likes the cookie with chocolate baked into it. The chocolate cake with fudge is very sweet. It’s the type of sweet that you need a glass of milk with. Too sweet even for me. The cookies were ok – like any cookie you’ll find in the market. The cost of a cake and two cookies was about $22. I thought that was affordable and decently priced but then again, I’m not a pastry person so I wouldn’t really know the price range of this stuff. No credit or debit cards accepted. It’s a cash only place so I would recommend bringing cash. If you’re a first timer like me at this spot and don’t have cash on you, the ATM is available around the corner at the 99€ store.
