I was going out of town and this shop told me that they could check out my A/C before I left. I wish my experience had been as good as the majority of all of the other reviewers, however, sadly it was not. I was charged $110 for an A/C diagnostic only to be told that the entire A/C system in my 3 year old vehicle was stopped up and needed to be replaced. The price? (You might want to sit down!) Almost $2700!!! The diagnosis also stated that the engine was overheating and losing coolant at the radiator cap. That’s absolutely not true. The engine was not overheating. I took it in because the A/C wasn’t working properly. Thankfully he said that he couldn’t get parts in time before I left on a 2000 mile road trip or I might would have paid him to do useless work. I got were I was going and took my vehicle to the dealer. They checked it out and told me that the system was overcharged with freon by almost 50%. They charged me $185 for the repair and it has worked fine ever since! Everyone makes mistakes but you may want to get a second opinion before paying for major repair costs.

Manny at Moreno’s has kept my car that I want to keep forever, alive and awesome at 20 years and 235000 miles. I live a block away but if I were moving 30 miles I would still bring it back to this shop. Problem is I am moving 1000 miles and I will miss him as my neighborhood mechanic for 10 years. Someone reading this who has an older car you want to keep, and wants someone to trust with it, bring it to Manny at Moreno’s and take my place

Just got a flat repaired on my truck, oil change and tire rotation. Have been here many times for tune ups and brake jobs.. won’t go anywhere else. These guys are honest, professional, efficient and offer great prices. Strongly recommend
