Went to pick up an order for a good freind and the guys in the warehouse were very professional and very helpful. They helped me load the couches and i was out in no time. Haven’t had service like that in a while. Good job on customer service other companies should go by and get some tips.

I was wary of picking up furniture at what appeared to be an abandoned building. But the pickup area was well-marked and very easy to find. The person who helped me was super nice. He quickly found my chair, then carried the box out to my car, and even unloaded the chair parts into the back of my car for me, so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting rid of the box. Very, very professional while still kind and friendly. I highly recommend Mor furniture. The only problem is, I have to assemble the chair and there are no instructions!
