We went in to Mor for a new couch, as ours is old and needs replacing. Darnell greeted us when we walked in and then walked us through everything, making sure to take into account what we wanted. He was so accommodating and kind. We will be back because of him! He was wonderful and earned a customer for life in us! Good customer service is few and far between these days, and as someone who works in customer service myself, I can appreciate a devoted employee! Give the man a raise!
