Xavier did an amazing job helping me and my husband find the perfect furniture for us. He wasn’t pushy like the sales reps at other furniture stores. IDefinitely would recommend get furniture from here. They have a lot products at reasonable prices. Only downfall is a lot of the stuff isn’t in stock due to covid. If you do go here ask for Xavier he will make sure you get what u need.

Horrible quality and customer service …We bought a sectional couch about a year ago. The store salesman was great and we bought some down/feather couches.Within a couple of days, the feathers started coming out. After many calls with customer service, a technician came to the house to inspect the couches.He found that nothing was wrong and that this was normal with feather couches, and noted we should fluff the pillows.Well, after all the fluffing and a year later (and half the couch gone) we still have the same problem and Mor Furniture’ solution is to call the manufacturer who would ship us more feathers.I’m assuming they want us to cut the pillow case and put feathers into a it … not sure, but how does this solve the main problem of all the feathers coming out daily?See the pictures. This couch cost us almost $3000 and we are now stuck with it, according to Mor Furniture.

Awesome customer service!! David was extremely helpful when we went in to start buying furniture to furnish our brand new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and the best part was that he wasn’t pushy as some sales associates are. He was patient with us and super personable. We purchased all our big ticket items from him for our house, (beds, couches and dining table set) Thanks David for making our buying experience less stressful.
