Emily our sales person was the best, every other aspect of our experience sucked. We are now 7 months into waiting for our couch. Best they could do was lead us on month by month and wave a 70 dollar delivery fee…..wow thanks, Pandemic aside if I had known it would take this long woulda kept my money. Even a manager made the mistake of guaranteeing us a date which we quickly surpassed. Made many plans expecting this couch in which one was getting rid of our own based on their most recent claim that it was going to be here.
