We’ve gone to this framer in the past and he’s done good work, but apparently he only does so when he’s feeling up to it. First thing he said when I walked in was God, I hate those frames! …And after we had discussed all the details of two different matting jobs (both of which he argued against my aesthetic preferences) he threw his hands up, angrily snapped that he didn’t want to work with one of my (professionally built) frames, and then put everything away and said I should leave. Completely unprovoked, very rude. His friends and wife were sitting in the room and it seemed he just wanted to get back to chatting with them.I was a loyal customer, but after having wasted my time and gas, and being treated so rudely, I doubt I will be returning. Such a shame.

I popped into this place on Monday to replace a piece of glass for a frame that was damaged recently. Not only was the customer service excellent but the price for the piece of glass was less than half what they wanted to charge me at Michaels. Forget the big box store next time and check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
