I had a really good experience shopping here. The selection isn’t huge, I went on for ink but looked around the store, but the service was good and it has a very classy feel. It was a little hard to find in the mall, but it’s basically in a central hallway around a bunch of other fancy stores.

This location is managed in the same region as San Francisco, so they often have the same limited edition, or hard to get, pieces as elsewhere. Compared to upscale shopping in San Francisco, or even Santana Row, this location is somewhat out of the way… that means you might find the piece you want in stock, even if it’s sold out elsewhere in the Bay Area.
