I loved one purchased a pen from Montblanc and… They purchased one that is not really right for me. Unfortunately they even engraved it. I’m a customer of over 30 years but that doesn’t usually mean anything when you’re trying to return an engraved product… Unless you are at this store. Wow!! When I say they help me. They gave me one of the greatest sales experience, and included a very difficult return. I have been a customer for 30 years. There is no other place for professionals to obtain these instruments and out of all the high-end stores that I’ve visited… This particular boutique and it’s manager Vicky K. Make sure the purchase of these high end pieces is a high end experience …. congrats Roosevelt field Montblanc you guys are 5 star excellent

Salesman was really helpful and friendly. I was greet as soon as I walk in and he help me all the way. I didn’t find the money clip that I would like to purchase. He give me a red envelop package for Chinese New Year. Very nice of him.

A very pleasant staff runs the store. My toddler insisted on going in to see “Mickey” in the window and i was greeted by a very warm and welcoming woman who appreciated the art of fine handwriting. That is refreshing! With my anxious toddler, she could have had a different attitude but she treated me like family. Very lovely staff- very memorable. Thank you.
