I’m here at least once a week and I must say it’s always the best part of my week. The staff is helpful and friendly always, and the comic selection is vast. I’ve spent loads of time and money in other comic book shops and after just one trip to monster lair I can firmly say I won’t be taking my business anywhere else love love love this place. Out of the few comic book stores in Lubbock, this one to me is the best. Has a decent variety between comics, pops, and action figures. I understand the market isn’t as big here, just wish they had a little bit more inventory and/or fresh stock.
