The regular food items are of a great selection, too.

The owners, clerks, shoppers, and loiterers are all like family.

Service was excellent…store was stocked with it’s usual offered goods

The clerk seemed a bit busy with his own affairs but who isn’t these days. Still friendly overall organized clean environment.

This is my favorite corner store. It’s right across the street from both my mom’s apartment, and my grandma’s, right down Fulton. Whenever I’m visiting either of them, I frequent this store. They have the best prices for cigarettes and a better selection of items than I’d expect for a store with a much bigger competitor at the next corner, at Broadway. Before Covid-19, they also allowed the disabled customers from Silvercrest (where my grandma lives) to bring their small, well- behaved dogs in with them. I’m not sure if they still can, or if other people were allowed to do this. It was really nice being able to ensure that my grandma’s little dog wouldn’t be gone when I finished shopping, although there is always a helpful neighborhood character outside willing to watch her while I shop. That’s the best thing about this store. The people. The owners, clerks, shoppers, and loiterers are all like family. Its never a hassle to give someone my spare change, and there’s never any pressure to, since I often shop with a card, and don’t have any to spare. If I have something to give away, I bring it by here first, if I can’t find someone who wants it, Catholic Charities is right down Fulton.
