Monark appliance is conveniently located near near Santana row in San Jose. While desperately looking for a vendor to purchase a washer and dryer from I came across Monark. I went into the store the same day I found them on google. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped. Once it was established what I was looking for they had the right person help me. I was helped by Matt after a few questions and me knowing exactly what washer and dryer unit I wanted Matt looked up the item and confirmed that it was something he could order for me. I had to reach out to Matt regarding some small details here in there and he was always responsive. I let about a month or two go by before I decided about making my purchase and reached out to Matt via email he was responsive and willing to help in a timely fashion. I recommend checking out the showroom for your all your home appliances!
