Will not be going back ever again. Went in there and the guy behind the counter was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Cigar prices way over priced. Used to go there before they renovated. Guy was way friendly now acts like he has a piece of the business and won’t give any breaks. Will be telling all my co workers to avoid this place at all cost. Sad too cause they have a good selection but if you want to save money and get taken care of drive down the road and stop by Cigar Express inside the BP station. Better staff and friendly.

I used to be a customer here back in about 2006-2009ish before they extended the business and built the lounge side. Loved the level of service I received. The person that I knew was a state trooper. He was a really nice man, helpful and super knowledgeable in cigars. First time I walked in there I was lost. Then to took a break for 10+ years dealing with life. A month ago I returned snd loved, loved the upgrade they did. The huge beautiful wall in cigar storage, the amazing and large cigar lounge and the selection is still there. I have nothing to complain about. Moms cigar shop is just cigar heaven!

Although the walk in humidor is well stocked and organized I felt the cigars were a bit overpriced as well as the accessories on display. They do have a huge smoking room which is nice but I don’t think its well ventilated. So, I will pass on this place. Sad, it has so much potential and the staff was nice.
