Showroom was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time shopping for a special piece. Jonathan was so helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable about each and every piece that we had questions about. Jonathan knows how to make a suggestion without being pushy! He made us feel like we were shopping with a friend! Can’t wait until our piece comes in to send him pictures of how well its going to work out!

The experience shopping in the store with my sales rep was amazing! He was helpful, fun and had great inspiration for me! I purchased a sofa and dinning room table and chairs! I told friends and family how amazing that experience was. Now 5 months later, no emails no calls no updates no furniture Im more than frustrated. I thought, man they lost my order! Finally boom I get a call we have you scheduled for 3/13 between 5-9pm. We will call 30min prior. Its 8pm, no call yet. I tried calling the only number i have for the delivery co and guess what they are closed. Fingers crossed I get my items tonight! But who delivers furniture at 9pm at night? And all though this delivery company was hired by modshop its still a reflection on them and this whole 5 month waiting game I’ve been playing. Love the items but I wont be purchasing anything else. 11k plus spent I expected better quality service!Follow up to the above review…. That night my furniture didn’t come…. just some chairs.. I was told they had to locate the furniture. So after being contacted about my review, and requesting a full refund finally my furniture pops up ( yes no call just pops up ) in the Dallas store and that store designer called me. Still not wanting the furniture after my horrible experience I am offered a small credit… I agree to take the furniture ( which by the way the table was installed incorrectly and they had to come back out and fix ) and the credit… well guess what…. I have been waiting on the credit since 3/19. Today is 4/28/21. This co is a joke and I am starting to think fraud. I have emails and plenty of conf to show where I completed the refund form and was told they would process x amnt …. The icing on the cake…..my wonder design expert who from these other reviews everyone loved Jonathan at the Dallas store… no longer works for the company… so now I really have no go to person… Just a bunch of lies… I will say… my pieces are beautiful and had the above nightmare over and over not occurred, I would have finished my entire brand new house (living, dinning room, wine room and counter stools ) with them. Jonathan and I had already picked out all my other items which were very costly might I add….. but now ill go to another modern store in Dallas we have tons… at this point customer service is more important for my mental health

I placed an order online! It took 4 months to get 2 ottomans shipped!! Apparently they lost the order along the way!!! I never received 1single email with updates on order and production! I had to call the store 10 times at least to get some information!! Jonathan was the one who helped me get the items squared away! The most frustrating custom order ever!
