It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Look no further. I brought in my Civic hatchback, as the plastic covering on the bottom of the car had been damaged and was hanging low, causing my car to bottom out when hitting any divots or potholes. The mechanic was able to take a look right away. After a few minutes, he brought me out to the garage and thoroughly explained the situation and walked me through his proposed solution. Instead of persuading me to replace the entire bottom covering, which would have resulted in more money for him, he was transparent in telling me that, while not a permanent solution, he could refasten the part that was hanging low, which would prevent the car from bottoming out. The entire process took less than 30 mins and they didn’t even charge me! The mechanic even test drove my car to make sure the repair had solved the issue. Needless to say, I will be returning for any and all future repairs.

I cannot say enough great things. Jonathan and the whole team took such great care of our car and our daughter. Our college daughter took her car in for service and a repair. She had issues after picking it up and they took the car back, gave our daughter a loaner to use for A WEEK and they systematically pulled the car apart to figure out what was wrong. They determined the problem and took care of it under their warranty program. They truly care and care about our daughter’s safety.
