Unfortunately been dealing with this property management company since October.I read reviews and I should’ve listened then.This has been the most unfortunate experience, unprofessional.I’m a single mom, three kids, and I moved into one of their listings thinking it could be my temporary dream home until I am ready to buy.However I have had numerous issues, and all of them were not priority. I have waited weeks/months for certain things.IE. Non functioning oven, toilets, tubs, garage, faucets.I have had numerous water leak that have caused damage and it took weeks to get fixed and months for the hole to be patched and additional weeks for them to paint. Contractors that they call out are unprofessional (do not wear mask, have broken lamps that have never been replaced, used my restroom did not wash hands and tried to continue working in my home I had to stop and make him, smoke in front of my house, ignore when I say to wear shoe coverings that i supply them)As a tenant who pays rent, has a ton on her plate my home should be my last issue or stressor this is supposed to be my sanctuary however I’m always limited to what appliances I can use because things are always broken and they tell me to just not use it until they come fix it. Even water leaks/damage I have waited weeks for them to come out.I then take matters into my own hands and pay for things out of pocket because I cannot wait any longer and they tell me it’s not approved or if I called the hotline they would’ve came out but I’ve asked for contact info for the hotline since October and no one has provided that.Overall these “professionals” lackThey do not communicateThey take their timeThey tell you your issues are not priority(No oven, no hot water, no toilets ALL took very lengthy times which I myself consider to be an emergency but to modern NOTHING is an emergency or priority)They have attitudes and speak unprofessional just because they’re frustrated with a frustrated tenant! Without us you have no job why treat us like this?I wonder if the landlord even knows that these people allow their home to go weeks and months without looking at water leaks/damage.Do not recommend them to manage your property, or to rent from them.Beautiful home, beautiful community, the WORSE management.
