Like their overall furniture design. Saw their products on outlet store nearby and just googled their name. Never know there are that close. Wish they use more natural wood(not veneered) on their designs or have lower price tag. Till that good luck.

Horrible company. Ordered & paid for 2 chandeliers 6 months ago and still not here. The store has no process and the sales person, Lacey Roberts, does not even have the decency to let me know the status. Every time I call, they have no idea where it is but it’s coming. It is interesting that Modani is replying to my review here but I have sent them email via their website and called them but they have not done anything with that.UPDATE: I’m going to give a positive update. Yes, my experience initially wasn’t a good one but the store manager Igor made a measurable difference. He gave me regular status of the shipment in the last few weeks and he also gave me a discount. These showed a sense of customer service. Also, most importantly we absolutely loved the chandeliers we received. I can’t give 5 stars due to the bad experiences before but I must be fare. So, I’m changing to 4 stars.

We bought the chairs and the Adam Glass-top Dining Table from Modani (Dallas) back in 2016, but we need to disassemble the dining table in order to safely transport it to Colorado next month (April 2021), so I went to the store and asked about the deep-socket wrench needed to unscrew the table legs. Eric Seba, the District Manager was more than helpful in getting us the wrench! That saves me a lot of headache!! I have been searching for that kind of wrench in Lowe’s but found nothing of help. Eric’s help was a huge blessing. We are looking forward to having that fine piece of furniture in our home in Colorado.
