I would think twice before ordering from this company. I ordered a sofa online and they delivered the wrong sofa with the wrong pieces. I got 2 left and one a center piece. I’ve been trying to get it resolved for over 2 weeks now with no success. Every time they transfer me to the “claim/return” department nobody answers. Numerous phone calls and emails have resulted and zero contact to resolve my issue. I think they closed their return department. I’m going to be forced to contact my bank to get my money back since nobody ever calls me or emails back from their return department. A huge regret buying from this company!
