Mobile Kangaroo was established in 2003. We are a Premium Apple Service Provider. Our repairs are backed by Apple, and we are famous for completing repairs faster than Apple Stores. Our repairs come with 90-day worldwide Apple warranty. Mac repairs are generally done within 1–3 business days and iPhone screen repairs within 60 minutes for 6s and later models.We accept AppleCare repairs for both Macs and iPhones. iPods, iPads, and Apple Watches are supported as well. We use official Apple diagnostic suites for obtaining proper estimates. We use original parts for Samsung Galaxy repairs. LG, HTC, Motorola, Pixel repairs are done here as well. This also applies to computer repairs, PS3, PS4, XBOX, Wii, Nintendo 3DS and other handheld device.

Took my laptop that wouldn’t turn on in to get diagnosed and fixed. They took my computer diagnosed and went ahead and just fixed it without letting me know what was wrong or what was going to happen to my computer. They erased all my work in the computer and cannot get it back. I had years of work lost and it could have been prevented would they have simply asked me if I wanted to protect my memory. Just take your product to the Apple store they are more professional. This mistake is inexcusable. They should really know people have important things on their laptops and should always offer to save their info if they are going to reset the computer. Never coming back or referring they to anyone.
