The manager here does not understand the concept of customer service or empathy for his customers. I was not feeling good and asked to use the bathroom which had an out of order sign on it. He reluctantly opened it, so he had that sign to discourage its use. I took what felt like a reasonable amount of time considering how I was not feeling well, however the manager did not feel that way and began to bang on the door and shout at me to get out even though I said I was still using it. I was very disappointed and will avoid this gas station in the future

Mobile has been around for a long time I went there the other day to play some lottery tickets but I don’t use this gas station the gas is always very high and very expensive there are like five other gas stations in the same area that are a lot cheaper why should I pay almost $3 a gallon when I can go down the block and pay $2.67 that’s a big difference especially if you have a car that eats up a lot of gas
