This was my son’s vehicle which he recently got himself. He asked who he should carry it too, and my wife and I immediately recommended Mitch Smith Chevrolet, Inc. We told him about our experiences using their services. My wife called to verify he could take his vehicle there for service since he didn’t purchase it there, and Jennifer let her know that would be absolutely fine. I asked my son when he got back from the appointment, and he said it went well and he certainly would be going back. He was impressed with the service and care provided and certainly happy with how his appointment went.

Service was great. We were traveling from out of town when our battery went dead. We called a GMC dealer first and they didn’t give us the time of day. We then called Mitch Smith. The service was curious and fast. They went out of there way to help us!
