My brother and I brought my mother in because of how great the reviews are. I can see why these girls have a 5-star rating. Cally is the nicest front office lady in town, hands down so easy to work with and very thorough with explaining the paperwork. Holly the specialist goes out of her way to make sure that you understand everything! My mom had never had as thorough of an evaluation. The office clean and sanitized. My mother purchased the hearing aids that were offered and they have been amazing for her and our family! The TV is at a reasonable volume, she can hear us when we visit her house without us having to repeat a thousand times! If you’re in need of hearing help, look no further than the ladies at Miracle-Ear.

WOW! Miracle-Ear in Wichita Falls is amazing! My mother comes here for her hearing aids and I will be transferring from Wichita Falls hearing formally known as hearing aid express. These girls are bright and friendly. We are always welcomed and treated like family.When I came in for my hearing test Cally was ready to help, she took my temperature and wore a mask, everything in the office was clean and sanitized, which made me feel great being that my mother is high risk. Holly is the specialist and she was able to make the appointment both fun and educational. There are plenty of places to go for your hearing health, but don’t waste any time going anywhere other than Miracle-Ear in Wichita Falls. Holly and Cally are truly phenomenal and a blessing!

What can I say about this office, that has not already been said? The whole reason I came in, was because of all of the great reviews given to this office on Google. I am not an easy person to WOW, but I can say that Holly and Cally definitely have the WOW factor in their office. From the amazing customer service, to the clean and upbeat office atmosphere -I would give them 100 stars if I could!! Thanks ladies for putting up with this grumpy old geezer and give me a wonderful experience! Although I did not have a hearing loss, if I ever do – I wont shop anywhere else!
