I have had a wonderful experience with Miracle Ear. Nobody wants to find out that they are losing their hearing. But I struggled for 3 years with the doctors telling me it was my sinuses when I went to them with concerns about my hearing. I finally got a doctor that listened to me. But then I had a struggle to find hearing aids. Nobody was willing to work with my insurance or had any type of payment plans. Then I went to Miracle Ear and met Shana. She has been a true godsend. She helped with insurance and payment plans. She explained everything from start to finish. She listened to my story and had true empathy for what I had been through for the past three years. She truly cares about her clients and only has their best interests at heart. The aftercare is great also. The day I got my hearing aids I cried, because for three years I had not heard things like a clock ticking or birds singing. Now I can. I actually made Shana cry, because I was crying tears of joy.
