Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful, with a very relaxed atmosphere overall that made me very comfortable. Before buying our 2022 electric Mini, we compared many of the SoCal Mini dealerships. We settled on Mini of Santa Monic thanks to Sam Markovich’s excellent sales efforts, and we’re very happy that we did. Today we returned to Mini of Santa Monica for what is called something like a second visit, where an expert technician goes over any questions about any of the car’s features and equipment that may not be clear. We met with Anita, who did a just stellar job of addressing our long list of outstanding questions, and thanks to her knowledge and patience, we left with a much better acquaintance with our wonderful new car.
