I really cannot say enough good things about Paul and his team. I have been going here for 3 years now with 2 different cars and several big issues. Paul is honest, forthcoming, resourceful, and trustworthy. He looks to offer you multiple solutions when possible so you can choose what is right for you, your car, and your bank account. He will refer you back to the dealer or a specialist if he thinks they are better suited for a job because he wants your long term business and understand a that trust is a huge part of that. As an individual, Paul gives back to his community, lives a life of generosity, and wants to protect you. I never get mad about having to take my car in for a scheduled oil change or if the check engine light goes on because I love seeing Paul and know it will be an easy process working with this team. While I don’t get to interact with the whole team often it is clear that these values go beyond just Paul. If this wasn’t enough to convince you to give Mill Valley Auto a shot, they also text message updates and prompts for scheduled maintenance. You can communicate with Paul at any time on text! While that is simple, it’s a huge help when you are stuck in meetings all day and can’t call.
