I went in to test drive a car and the salesman did not want to let me test drive the car until we spoke numbers. By this point we initially sat down, he asked my name, I guess he proceeded to google me because he asked if I was there from Brooklyn? I would have recommended linkedin instead if he was truly just getting some information to have a conversation but that was weird.They had the Terrain Denali in the show room so I checked it out, it was as beautiful as I saw online. After viewing it I wanted to test drive but he said we had to talk numbers first…. we go through some of the numbers and they don’t all make sense. Finally I am like okay, lets test drive the car and it turns out they do not have in stock. They had regular SL terrains but not the model I wanted. He should have just said that from the beginning and let me decide if I want to continue to talk through the numbers… Not much of a follow up car or nothing after this visit.I ended up test driving the car at another GMC dealer, BEFORE talking through the numbers. Here is a picture of my new car, that I DID NOT GET FROM MILEA!

Charlie made our first lease easy and pleasant which is very hard when purchasing a car. Linda in the maintenance dept is always helpful and accommodating whenever we have needed. These experiences made go back recently for our second lease. It was easier then the first time. Charlie this experience even better.
