Great experience with a luthier that cares about the customer experience. Mike wants to help, he’s not trying to maximize his margins. He provides thoughtful consultation and does great work. He seems to specialize in not wasting customer time which is incredible given his level of craftsmanship. Highly recommended for whatever your guitar needs.
