Every experience I’ve had at Mike’s in San Francisco has been phenomenal. I got a bike fitting from Tamara a couple years ago and my bike fits so well. I’ve been to the mechanic a few times for maintenance, they do a perfect job and it’s affordable. Highly recommended for all thing bike

Maybe i just had a new salesperson, but I had a negative experience here. He seemed primarily interested in upselling me. He also lied about the price of accessories to do so. Happy with the bike I bought from them, but I’m inclined to look elsewhere for future purchases.
