Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Lauren is the worst communicator. Was told 3-4 days on a door dent. We are on day 7 and still have no clue when our car will be ready. Worst customer service ever. Very rude and honestly does not care about the customer. Would not recommend at all ever.
