My husband brought the car in at 11:00 and waited as is his usual preference. He was told it would take 2 and a half hours. He was fine, he had a book to read. But he was there for 3 and never had anyone update him on the car during that time and he had to go out and find that his car was outside parked and no one told him it was done. The person said he’d get it finished up and then it was another 15 minutes, Tom reminded the guy again and then another 15 more minutes before he got to leave. Totally unacceptable. Not like your service department at all. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
