I bought a hoodie as a gift when i was on vacation and it ended up being to small so i called and asked can mail it back to them and get a bigger size and that I would pay the difference. the lady on the phone was quite rude to me. When I asked she just hung up the phone. The only reason i gave this three stars instead of one was that there stuff is nice quality but they run VERY small in the arms. When I bought the hoodie the people were very nice. I just wouldn’t try to exchange anything.
