Hobby Lobby and Michaels both have great values. I am quite loyal to Michaels. It is my go to, Hobby Lobby well they are great if I can’t find it at Michaels, hobby lobby likely has it. The Hobby Lobby store is huge, But is no comparison for the quant family like atmosphere Michaels offers.

I think that the quality of a store and it’s customer service experience comes down to the competency and the diligence of the current management team . This store is pretty much on their A game as far as carrying the quality products you are familiar with , fresh , clean and tidy isles, helpful staff, etc. The failure of this store is the lack of restocked inventory. Certain items are almost never available when I go and look for them there. That being said, Michaels is a infinitely better establishment than hobby lobby ever could be.
