I have had confusion from different cashiers of which I think a couple are new. I had been wondering why my rewards were not in the system. One girl said she didn’t know but thought it would show at checkout. She didn’t know but she could have called an employee who would know the answer that would have been how you handle customer service. I didn’t push the issue because there were about 7 or 8 people waiting in line behind me. That wasn’t the first time. I kept asking why I hadn’t received the email. I eventually figured it out but since I didn’t find it a few days earlier because it expired I felt was ridiculous. I spend hundreds of dollars at that store my rewards had reached $35. Now my issue here is, why can’t they program the system to let the customer know they have however much in rewards and allow the customer to use their rewards. Who knew they expired and didn’t I earn them with all the money I spend at that store. Also they never have enough Cashiers to help when the lines has 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 people in it? I have stopped in that store many times had been shopping for an hour or more but when I went to pay the line was very long and there was no one to help back up. So I left my $60 worth of merchandise and left. That is very bad customer service. I felt sorry for the young girl cashiering with all eyes on her. So I go over to Joann’s instead!
