Super unhelpful……. The older white manager was telling me no, from the second I walked in, for the inhouse cuts I wanted done with matting for some frames, cuts I’ve had done here at Michael’s. She said, we’d have to send it out, when they’ve done this for me same day at the store in the past. Also their framers don’t show up until 11am? And if I wanted a qualified framer…. Only a couple days a week?
