Above and beyond.I was looking for a product that I saw online to remove paint that my 2 year old daughter spilled on my parent’s brand new couch. The Inglewood Michaels is the closest to me. I called and asked about the product and was told that they had it but in a smaller size. At this point, I did not care about the size so I rushed over there. When I asked about the product, I was extremely surprised that the cashier had it ready for me for pick and in a bigger size. I am grateful to the manager and the cashier for going above and beyond. (This visit was on 5/28/21 @ around 7:39pm)
