Employees aren’t too friendly or helpful, so far the worst set they’ve had, trust me I would know from before and when I worked there , till after the years I continued to shop. Recent employees are terrible in helping out. Other day I visited and asked for help, employee just stared at me and never asked if I needed anything. I asked for a certain item and he told me what I needed to know but didn’t offer helping look for the product, just pretended to help for a quick second then low key backed away to his cart. Then I went back with my bf so he could help me because my knee was hurting so I couldn’t reach down and kneel and look myself for what I needed and employee just stared at his watch. Mind you, he still had over an hr till closing…. vouldve helped. Just went ahead and placed my order online at another location for pickup. And like 2 other times had employees who didn’t even bother greeting …. just gave awkward vibes. Then as I was finally at the door to leave finally said goodbye. Love the store. Just not the service.

I gave 5 stars for the lady that works at the framing center. I think her last name is Von Hoffman. She helped me get my art work ready for a show in a short amount of time. She was very helpful and I thank her for being willing to help. That is a great value that cannot be found easily these days.
