Not as big of a crystal selection as I’m used to with other Michael’s in other states… and I noticed there wasnt a very big selection of fake flowers. But mostly i was there for drawing materials and new drawing paper and came across a 10pk of canvas for 10$ decent sized too! But the selection for pencils and pens and markers was very poor I still managed to grab a few items.. in fact I spent 140$ on just a drawing book a small journal a few pencils and erasers and a sharpener plus the 10$ 10pk of canvas. Pretty expensive for the lack of selection but what do you expect.

I can’t say enough about the customer svc at the Washington Ave / Albany NY location…. especially the frame department who helped me create a beautiful framed print.I also want to thank a wonderful employee ( Sara) that has helped me a few times that I’ve been in the store to locate particular itemsShe knew exactly what I was describing… very knowledgeable and friendly …. sweet lady!
